Monitoring - We are now seeing signs of recovery.

Traffic levels are returning, and our remote testing is showing successful results. We will continue to monitor the network closely over the next few hours to confirm full stability.

Investigating - We’re currently investigating an issue affecting connectivity on EE in the United Kingdom. Devices attempting to roam on EE may be unable to register or could experience unstable data and SMS services.

At this stage, the issue appears isolated to EE only. Other networks in the United Kingdom are operating normally and should be used where available.

Our network partners are investigating, and we will provide a further update as soon as more information is available.

Change Summary:
Deploy latest software release (v8.146) to the Nomad production environment.

Expected Impact:
Thirty minutes of downtime can be required for Nomad Self-Service, Nomad API and Nomad Backend during the service window. Therefore, users might experience limited access.

We advise that you check your access to Nomad Platform and Nomad API after the planned works window.

The Platform release do not have impact on connectivity.

Our network vendor will be performing core network software upgrades. This is to bring the IP Core into compliance with best practices of recent IOS releases to improve security with patches and fixes.

After the upgrade, the device is reloaded to the new version, without being committed. If the version fails or there are known issues, the device can be reloaded again, automatically reverting to the last version.

Monitoring - We identified an issue that was affecting both new and existing sessions

During the incident, some devices may have experienced difficulties establishing new sessions or maintaining active sessions. Watchdogs were also impacted.

The issue has been identified and a fix has been applied. Services should have returned to normal operation.

We will continue to monitor the situation over the next few hours to ensure full resolution.
